We’ve partnered up with Royal Caribbean to support digital-first approach to transforming their business and customer cruising experience. The goal was to apply design-thinking and UX to re-invent the way people travel the seas, while driving profitable growth for the business. We worked to re-imagine an entire customer journey and redesign shore-to-ship digital experience.

As a result, we created modern, scalable, and interactive apps and features that enabled new in-app revenue opportunities and unparalleled experience for travelers.

Introducing guests to all of the amazing offerings from restaurants to excursions with detailed product pages and intuitive booking system.

Apple Watch Experience

Scaling down the entire guest app to be bare essentials for the Apple Watch while keeping the visual style and visual language of Royal Caribbean mobile and web apps.
